Business Operations Manager

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and efficiency.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all activities align with company objectives.

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and cost reduction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and startup development, to ensure seamless integration and execution of business strategies.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational processes.

  • Lead change management initiatives to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to ensure optimal service delivery.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to optimize processes.

  • Experience in project management and knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with IT operations, cloud services, and digital transformation is a plus.
