Business Operations Manager
Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and efficiency.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all activities align with company objectives.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and cost reduction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and startup development, to ensure seamless integration and execution of business strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational processes.
Lead change management initiatives to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to ensure optimal service delivery.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to optimize processes.
Experience in project management and knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with IT operations, cloud services, and digital transformation is a plus.
