We are seeking an organized and proactive Agile Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help manage our client projects with agility, precision, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage agile projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

  • Track and report on project progress, including managing project backlogs and prioritizing tasks.

  • Remove obstacles and foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, task lists, and status reports.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by gathering and analyzing feedback from teams and stakeholders.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and roadblocks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

  • Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with IT projects and software development life cycles is a plus.
